The Site is operated by WET Global UK, part of WET (Water Energy Technologies). References to “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WET Global UK.

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to connect UK homeowners with authorised WET dealers. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity. You agree not to use the Site to transmit unsolicited communications. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
3. Products and Services
The Site provides information about WET water softener products, including the Notric. Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for general information and may be subject to change without notice.
WET water softeners are sold exclusively through authorised dealers. The Site does not sell products directly. All purchases, installations, and service agreements are between you and your authorised dealer. WET Global UK is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for the terms, pricing, or performance of any agreement between you and a dealer.
4. Prices and Availability
Where product prices or price ranges are mentioned on the Site, they are indicative only. Actual prices are set by individual dealers and may vary by region, installation requirements, and other factors. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Product availability may vary by region. The availability of dealer services in your area depends on the coverage of our dealer network.
5. Free Water Test and Dealer Enquiries
When you submit a request for a free water test or dealer consultation through the Site, your details are shared with the authorised WET dealer nearest to your postcode. The dealer will contact you to arrange your appointment.
The free water test is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase. However, the availability and scheduling of tests is subject to dealer capacity in your area.
We make reasonable efforts to connect you with a dealer promptly, but we do not guarantee response times. If there is no dealer currently serving your area, we will inform you and, where possible, offer an alternative.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, videos, and software — is the property of WET Global UK or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission. You may print or download content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
The WET and Notric names and logos are trademarks of WET (Water Enhancing Technologies). Unauthorised use of these trademarks is prohibited.
7. Warranty Information
Product warranty information displayed on the Site — including the Notric 12-year warranty — is provided for general guidance. The full warranty terms and conditions are provided with your product at the time of installation by your authorised dealer.
The warranty is between WET Global UK and the purchaser, and is subject to the specific terms provided at installation. In the event of any conflict between information on the Site and the warranty document provided at installation, the warranty document takes precedence.
8. Limitation of Liability
The information on the Site is provided on an “as is” basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information, we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or up to date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WET Global UK shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided on it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Results are indicative only and should not be relied upon as precise calculations. Actual costs, savings, and water hardness levels may vary based on your specific circumstances.
